At W&L, our goal is to achieve verdicts that award our clients the compensation they deserve. At W&L, you are the top priority. There are hundreds of firms that practice the same kind of law that we do, but very few who do as well for their clients. Learn more about us from the clients who received the compensation and dignity that they deserved.
I’m pleased with the results Weitz & Luxenberg achieved for me in my recently settled case. I was suing a hip-replacement company that tried to act like they did nothing wrong. But the fact is they allowed a defective medical device to go out. That was incredibly wrong. This company needed to learn that their actions were incredibly wrong and that there are consequences to your bad actions. Barbara Zimmerman
When I saw how much money Weitz & Luxenberg got for us, I almost fainted. It was a lot, believe me. But I didn’t need to see the money to know we were in good hands. From start to finish, Weitz & Luxenberg treated us right. In fact, they spoiled us; they were so good to Bill and me. …the attorney we worked with us was Allan Zelikovic. He was just so passionate about our case and he always made me feel like whatever I said was important. He was such a gentleman. Patricia Hynes
Because someone was careless with asbestos and didn’t do anything to keep people like my mom safe, I lost her and I lost my older brother both in the same day. My mom was still alive when she called Weitz & Luxenberg for help. She made the decision to call right after being diagnosed with mesothelioma. She knew what mesothelioma was, she knew how it happens, and she knew what was coming. For those reasons, she also knew that she needed to get legal representation quickly. John Pilla
